Rep. Eric Cantor, Sen. Tom Coburn Endorse Mitt Romney

House Majority Leader Eric Cantor and Oklahoma Sen. Tom Coburn have both endorsed Gov. Mitt Romney for President today. Rep. Cantor will made his endorsement on Meet the Press while Cobrun delivered his in an op-ed in The Oklahoman.  Both big endorsements come just 48 hours before Super Tuesday, where 10 states will help decide the GOP nomination.

Cantor:

“Mitt Romney is the only candidate in the race who has put forward a bold, pro-growth, pro-jobs plan for the future,” Cantor said. “He is the guy I believe that will be our nominee and we will have a clear choice as a country as far as the vision forward in growing this economy with Mitt’s plan versus that of the president’s record.”

Coburn:

“I’m proud to support Romney because he is a leader. What Romney has done in his 25 years in the private sector is precisely what we need a president to do in Washington. Romney has done hard things. He has turned businesses around, told people hard truths about what needed to be done, inspired confidence and overcome excuses. Romney is not a career politician or a career legislator. As a former governor and business leader, he is an executive who knows how to use executive power.”
