Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s wife Mary Kennedy dead of apparent Suicide

The wife of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was found dead in her home, according to a published report.

Cops are the phone of Robery and Mary Kennedy, and sources told RadarOnline.com that the wife was found dead of an apparent suicide.

The couple had been married for 16 years and had four children together. They file for divorce in May, 2010.

RFK Jr. is the son of the slain attorney general and nephew of the assisinated president.

The couple has a home on Bedford Road in Mour Kisco, according to property records.

Asked if there was an incident involving the Kennedys, Bedford police declined immediate comment — but said they’d make a statement early this evening.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, 52-year-old Mary Kennedy was found dead in her Mount Kisco, New York home this afternoon.

The Bedford Police Department responded to the scene at approximately 1:36pm to investigate a possible “unattended death,” meaning the death was not witnessed by anyone.

Mary and RFK Jr. were married in 1994. Robert filed for divorce in May 2010. Mary was Robert’s second wife. The couple has four children together.

Police are currently at the home of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in New York after his wife Mary Kennedy was found dead Wednesday, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

The source says Mary committed suicide, but RadarOnline.com has yet to confirm that information and police have yet to make an official statement.

“There was an EMT vehicle outside the home about an hour ago,” a source exclusively told RadarOnline.com.

The famed Kennedy was married to Mary for 16 years, before filing for divorce in May 2010. The couple has four children together.
