The SCOTUS decided Arizona V. United States today.  To give you insight on how the left and the right will spin this… The left will say, SCOTUS strikes down Most of the Arizona Law .  What e left will leave out is which portion they argued was most unconstitutional.  The portion that was upheld.

No matter what folks say about an activist court, the justices struck a fair balance between law enforcement and federal jurisdiction
