Urine, Feces confiscated at Texas capitol as abortion bill debated

Texas DPS is not just confiscating Tampons folks!  The Texas department of Public Safety (DPS) has released a statement that says  Jars or Urine, Feces and paint are among the items being confiscated at the Texas Capital.  Another source stated bricks were confiscated from women trying to protest at the Texas Capital

Is this what Democracy looks like?   Does ‘Stand With Wendy’ mean throwing Urine and feces on legislators while debating a bill that would restrict abortions past 20 weeks?

This is not about #Tampongate as the left would have you believe.

stand with wendy AUSTIN, TEXAS (DPS) – The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) today received information that individuals planned to use a variety of items or props to disrupt legislative proceedings at the Texas Capitol.

Therefore for safety purposes, DPS recommended to the State Preservation Board that all bags be inspected prior to allowing individuals to enter the Senate gallery, which the State Preservation Board authorized.

During these inspections, DPS officers have thus far discovered one jar suspected to contain urine, 18 jars suspected to contain feces, and three bottles suspected to contain paint. All of these items – as well as significant quantities of feminine hygiene products, glitter and confetti possessed by individuals – were required to be discarded; otherwise those individuals were denied entry into the gallery.

In the interest of the safety and security of Texas legislators and the general public, these inspections will continue until the conclusion of Senate business.

  1. I’m sorry, but the only feces here is bull-feces coming from whoever initially reported that, and from the literally hundreds of so-called “journalists” that continued to spread that story without seeking any confirmation from the DPS.

Picture this: I spend hours standing around in 100+ degree heat with a jar of poop in my bag. I come into the capital. DPS officers search my bag. They see the poop.

At this point, they do what? Do they say “Sorry, sir, we’re confiscating your doodie, but you may proceed into the rotunda. Have a nice day.”

Or do they slap cuffs on me right then and there?

I know people who brought in glitter and confetti. I know people who claim to know people who were considering bringing paint but decided not to. I know who was arrested, when, and for what that day.

Not a single arrest for trying to sneak human waste in? Not a single DPS officer or spokesperson corroborating this story? Not a single journalist attempting to follow up with them?

    Please, folks. Think about it.

  2. I don’t care what your stance is on abortion, this is just plain disgusting and these women are certainly not ladies. I’m appalled they’d even think of hurling their bodily fluids at another person. What on earth are they thinking? Just makes me cringe.

    • It never happened. The story is a lie. Half the stories that came out of there were lies. Lies were spreading around the capital all day.

Some people knew they were lying, but most were credulously accepting a lie without thinking about it, because it supported their position. I’m pretty sure that people in one color of shirt lied a whole lot less than the other color, but I don’t have enough data to be positive.
