Secretary of State John Kerry will make the Obama administration’s case on Syria Friday at 12:30 p.m. So where is President Obama to make the case for a Syria attack? That would be unpopular!
Kerry arrived at the White House shortly after 10 a.m. Friday. President Barack Obama is meeting with his National Security Council to “discuss the use of chemical weapons by the Assad regime on August 21,” a White House official said.
Kerry is due to speak a day after the British House of Commons rejected joining U.S.-led military action against Syrian President Bashar Assad.
