Putin Bests Obama in Forbes 2013 “Worlds Most Powerful” People

Russian Presidnet Vladimir Putin has bested United States President Barack Obama in the 2013 Forbes Most Powerful Person in the World.  Forbes published its annual list and noted that Putin topped the others partly because of his intervention in the Syrian Crisis.

 This year the votes for the World’s Most Powerful went to Russian President Vladimir Putin. He climbs one spot ahead of U.S. President Barack Obama, who held the title in 2012.
